Hi there,
I want to start applying HIIT to my fitness regim. Is it ok to do reformer Pilates on the rest days or will this undo the whole concept of HIIT.
Some advice on how to manage this would be great.

Hey!
I think HIIT is a great form of exercising with the most benefits in the shortest amount of time. It’s usually recommended about 3 times a week spread out and I’m sure pilates would be fantastic for the “rest days”.
If you are doing the 16hour fast to 8 hour eat, try to incorporate the workouts right before your first meal to gain help the muscle repair quicker.
