  • I started the 5:2 about 3 weeks ago and have so far lost about 7lb which I’m pleased with.

    I’m a 38yr old stay at home mum. I’ve been overweight for as long as I can remember. I did lose 5st a few years ago but life got in the way and it all went back on with a bit extra.
    I need to get rid of this weight once and for all so that I can be involved in my kids lives rather then watching them from the sidelines.

    I have at least 5st to lose to get into healthy weight range.

    I feel I need somewhere that I can write/vent etc so decided that a diary on here maybe a good idea.

    Tomorrow is the start of my fourth week, hope its a good one!

    I find it makes me feel more accountable to log my weekly progress, plus I’m really motivated and interested by some of the posts.

    I am following your progress, Lizzie. I have piled on wieght after succesfully fasting 2 years. I will now take fastin on with a vengeance. Good luck and WELL DONE, CHAMPION!
