    im waiting for my books to arrive in the mail so i can have a good read on this program & get stuck into it. im wanting to know of others out there who have lost 40+ kilos on the program. id love some inspiration!

    Hi, I started today and interestingly enough my first day is my fast day lol. I downloaded the ebooks so have been able to read up a bit. I watched the doco last year and it’s taken me this long to start 🙂 Good luck with your journey.

    This is my first day today, morning went alright. Had a lot of water and something small to eat around 12. I was fine until now (3pm) because my partner decided to have a little snack. I behaved myself and didnt eat anything but its reminding my stomach that its hungry and there is in fact yummy food to eat in the house!

    I have my dinner all planned already in My Fitness Pal app so im counting down the hours until I can start cooking!!

    Maybe I shouldnt have started my first fasting day on my day off :/ lol

    You’re doing great, jess, keep going. I have some miso soup packets, about 28 cal’s each to keep me going when I really need to feel something in my stomach, or snack on a carrot, about 30 cal’s but you use that digesting it so it’s kind of free. 🙂

    At 530pm I was so starving i was feeling sick and then I had dinner. Even after my dinner of steak and veg im still so so hungry 🙁 its only 930pm so I cant even sleep it off yet. I really hope it gets better.
