    Happy Halloween 😉

    Anyone with yellowish fingertips ? almost like if you were a smoker …

    I’ve been steady on 5:2 since 24.03.2014 and lost 15kg! Not much left to loose with a fat percent of 6,5%, but I a have few months left until I can see my sixpack 😉

    Loose skin and a slow weight loss right now, but I choose to LIVESTRONG!

    Hi all … just an update!

    The coloring is not due to 5:2, but me handling pomegranates 😉 I’m using gloves now!
