When to weigh??

  • Hi everyone on 2nd day of fasting and so far so good, I was just wondering when I should weigh myself? I was going to do it every Thursday after my fast day as I think I would see a better result and be motivated more… Any ideas?

    I try to have my fast days on Monday then either Thursday or Friday and weigh myself on Sunday. I think so long as you weigh yourself at the same time and on the same day each week it really doesn’t matter.

    Thanks lindyw I think I’ll stick to Thursday mornings every week as I fast Monday & wed

    So waited and weighed myself today my last fast day was wed and I have had a pretty normal weekend (drinking & nibbles) and I’ve lost 2lb!!! I’m delighted with that onwards and downwards!!

    My fast days are Tuesday’s and Fridays and I weigh in on Friday, so I can have a little treat at the weekend if I want!

    Sorry, meant to say fast days are Tuesday’s and Thursdays!
