Week Two

  • Have just completed fourth fast day and, as expected, I found this week more challenging than last. Instead of feeling ok this morning I was starving following the fast day. I know it takes longer to get in the rhythm but I hope next week is not even more difficult!

    I am starting week 2 today. I did two fasting days together last week an plan on doing the same this week. These were Thursday and Friday. My theory being I would be able to relax a little over the weekend.
    Four days of fasting sounds like really hard going. Hope you achieve your goals.
