    Hello everyone,

    My name is Maria and I have been a type 1 diabetic for more then 3 decades, I am 57 years old. As type 1 is incurable and I am dependent on insulin injections. Now I get older I find it harder to control weight and more weight means more insulin and more insulin is a trigger to weight gain. Are there any type 1’s here doing the 5:2?
