I’m sure I was discussing it somewhere here how sick HIT makes me feel and how that makes it easy to do a different type of exercise instead. Well, this article in the NYTimes discusses a new protocol developed in Denmark that is supposed to be better for people who aren’t super athletes. It’s easier to do but still beneficial.
