  • Today is my first day of of 5:2 eating.
    I have taken my measurements and had a small bowl of porridge.
    Here we go!!

    Age 52 female
    ht 168 cm
    wt 80.5
    Chest 95 cm
    waist 80 cm

    Anyone else kicking off today?

    Today is my first fast day also.

    Menu for today:

    7:30am 1 boiled egg (weight 60 gms) + 4 strawberries (weight 75gms)

    5:30pm Vege chili + quinoa

    Lots of water, herb tea and two coffees!

    Then nothing to eat until breakfast at 7:30am tomorrow.

    I have already had an extra coffee, now off to keep busy for the rest of the day.
    I decided to start on a non working day but might have been better to have the routine to distract me.

    tummy rumbling and trying not to think about food at 5.20 pm.
    Otherwise have gone really well, think I can push through from here to have a poached salmon dinner in another 2 hrs.

    Yes I am starting today. I had egg for breakfast. Nothing for lunch to get the 12 hrs and for dinner Salmon and asparagus. Coffee black and water water water. Feeling queasy at the moment before dinner.
