I am starting tomorrow. I plan to drink mainly vegan protein shakes all day, along with coffee, lots of water, etc. to equal 500 calories. I’ve already created a recipe for my shakes and figured calories, so I’m good to go!

so try flaxmilk unsweetened 2 cups is only 48 cals
