    I knew I had put on a bit of weight, but when I jumped on the scales this morning I swear I almost broke them. I am now the heaviest I have EVER been, at a mind boggling 12st 9lb. I know to some people this may be their dream weight, but I need to lose 2st by the summer, def by September as that is when I get married.

    I have heard about this diet, and I am looking to get Kelly (the future Mrs Evans) to sign up as well, as she has admitted she needs to lose about a stone.

    Any ideas on what to eat for the 600 calorie days?

    I tend to go with skipping breakfast (I drink herbal tea and water). I have soup for lunch at 100 – 150kcal.
    I have grilled chicken or a fish fillet for dinner with veg (normally stir fry with soy sauce). Usually 300kcal.

    I then have a hot chocolate before dinner at about 50kcal.

    That makes the 500kcal a lady is allowed on a fast day. You could maybe add a little rice or noodle with the stir fry to add a 100kcal there.

    I know others who swear by a big breakfast and less food later in the day.
