…after giving this a go for the last week I’ve not lost a lb! Didn’t expect to really because although I did fine on fast days and came within my 500 calories, I totally blew the other days by going over. Plus, being a lady of ‘that certain age’ and not having had a period for over 3 months they have returned this morning so I’m guessing that had something to do with the overeating! Usually I would have put weight on though so the fasts have stopped that which is heartening.
So starting this properly today and due to the fact our holiday is 12 weeks today my husband’s joining me this week too. I’m giving 4:3 a go this week in an attempt to kick start some weight loss and as long as I can reign myself in on non-fast days I’m hoping I have better results next week. Maybe some duct tape over my mouth on none fast days would be a good idea lol!
So onwards and downwards.
