Hi! I heard a lot about slimming teas. It looks like they help to lose weight.
Is it true? What kind of slimming teas are better?

I drink one cup of normal tea in the morning then stick to fruit and herb teas for the rest of the day. You save on the ‘milk’ calories which you can use for extra veg with you main meal. I drink a variety of different teas, jasmine, honey and camomile, berry and lemon. I have also found that a glass of hot lemon with water every morning helps cleanse the body. This is something my mother did for 60 years and she lived to a ripe old age of 90 with excellent health and fitness levels. Also tea is a diuretic so you get plenty of exercise visiting the loo. You may get headaches when you reduce normal tea consumption, be warned, mine took several months to desist. These teas work if you use them to stave off hunger, e.g. I drink a two cup pot every hour, prevents unhelpful snacking between meals.
