  • Hi All, Started the 5:2 about 3 years ago, lost 7kg! felt and looked great. Then I began working in a commercial kitchen…….fell off the wagon and gained all the weight back. I have managed to lose 4 kg by just eating a bit more carefully but just can’t seem to kick start myself on the 5:2.
    Feeling very much like a failure and doing a deal of comfort eating! Go figure!!!
    How do I hit the restart button?
