I’ve been for almost 5 months on Low Carb Diet. Unluckily I’ve started being obssesed on weight, cutting calories and ended up with about 1200 per day. I’ve lost 9 kg but not as much fat as I expected (Now BF is 24% and I wish to come down to 20). I know I’ve done so big mess with metabolism rate. 🙁 Repairing it without loosing my progress was my top goal. I though about adding 100 kcal per week, mostly from carbs but the progress is so long-term and my health isn’t in good condition. Can IF be a soultion is icreasing metabolism, and speed up stabilization process or I should start increasing carbs and calories immediately, gain weight and restart diet but with using IF? Thanks in advance for your advices!
