  • Hi it was my first fasting day today. I was ok up until 5pm (by then id had my 500 cals). I got terrible tummy ache, like a gnawing and i felt sick, i eventually vomited.
    Im pretty sure its excess acid (i got a history of acid and ive had gastritis 18 months ago).
    Do you think i should spread my meals out during the day if so im not sure what to eat, any suggestions?

    Im feeling so so crap at the moment and so weak 🙁

    If you are feeling like you do maybe this way of losing weight is not for you.
    I have gastritis and find eating less in a day is better for my acid reflux. Certain foods can make it worse e.g. coffee, chocolate, white wine, bread, tomatoes, pineapple. Try avoiding some of these foods and see if it helps. I am sorry to hear you are feeling weak – check your calorie count maybe you didn’t eat enough.
