I’m not affiliated to them in any way, I’ve never heard of Dr Davis and I haven’t read it yet but the PDF excerpts do look interesting and might also be of interest to others here as there is a lot of discussion about protein/carbs/fat and there are also a few vegans and vegetarians here, including me.

I’m not sure what is says about non-animal protein so I suppose I might have to put my hand in my pocket to find out.
