can I change my profile to pounds and inches instead of kilograms and centimeters? It is hard for me since I live in america and am used to pounds and inches… is there a way I can change my page so I can see my results easier?

Hi Pamollygram,
Yes! You can change your profile from Metric into Imperial which is pounds and inches. Here’s how you do it:
Click ‘Resources’ at top of page
Select ‘The Fast Diet Tracker’ from the drop down box that appears
Near top of page in red click ‘Edit Details and Goals’
Scroll down through height, weight etc. with metric measurement fields down to the very bottom of page where you’ll see ‘Switch to Imperial Measurements’ Click that!
A new page should appear showing pounds, inches fields
