    I have the CD set, and it mentions a pdf file to be used in conjunction with the diet. I cannot locate the pdf file.
    Please advise.

    I have purchased the audio of the book through Audible. During the audio it mentions the pdf – where do I find it?

    Has anyone located the PDF yet, I also bought through audible

    Hello,

    The pdf can be found (for the audible version) when you log in to your Audible account (log in to web version, not app).
    -Go to your ‘library’, look for your book.
    -Under the ‘download’ link on the righthand side you will see a link ‘view pdf’, click on this
    -a document called ‘Publisher’s Summary’ will open. About halfway through page 1 there is a link ‘download the accompanying reference guide’. Click on this.
    -a ZIP-file will open (14MB!) containing the pdf.
