  • I am setting myself up on an online tracking ap and wondering what plan is helpful to those that have been tracking TDEE vs 500 or 600 calorie FD’s on one. Do you set your TDEE as your daily goal and just log less on FD’s? I hate that when I do this on loseit.com it makes my goal date more than a year away, and gives me warnings on FD’s that I am eating too little – But maybe I just need to ignore that all and just use the calorie counting feature.

Anyhow, just looking for other ideas!

    Thank you,
    Rachel

Just use the calorie counting feature so you can ignore what the device thinks is ‘right’ for you. I use my FitBit to track my steps. I log my food onto the App when I need to pay better attention to my calorie intake. Hope this was useful, Rachel.

Yes, it is. I have basically just had to ignore all of the extra tools the app wants to provide too. But it’s helpful enough that I keep logging 🙂
