Non-fasting days

    Does anybody watch what they eat on non-fasting days? I try to eat as I would if not dieting.

    I have found that the 5/2, in conjunction with exercise has enabled me to go from a size 12/10 to a 10/8 size.

    Any thoughts re: non-fasting days?

    I don’t count calories for the whole TDEE thing but I have found that I naturally eat less. I also tolerate between meal hunger much better. I don’t feel the need to snack because I know I can get past the hunger … just a few minutes more. I stick to a lower carb diet in general, but I’m not that strict. And if I REALLY want that piece of cake, I’m going to have it.

    Thanks K-Lo. I have a very sweet tooth! I really miss it on fast days, so do like my chocolate as a rule!
