I am 61 years old and I have a desk job and when I get home from work I don’t feel like cooking, so my husband does the cooking. I just have to win him over to the way that he has to cook, or not cook. I have 5 grown children and 8 beautiful grandchildren and one on the way. We are blessed. But, I want to be around for them and I need to keep up with their activities. The latest grandbabies are 3 and the one that is on the way. The 3 year old can give you a workout.
There are some days when I don’t feel like eating and I wonder if that is the right way to approach this diet. I just don’t know what to eat when I feel this way. I have gotten a membership to a gym, but I haven’t gone to sign up yet. I need to do that.
