Newbie, sort of!

  • Hi, I started 5:2 on the 12th of September and today is my first fast of week 4. I’m really enjoying this way of eating and have lost a little over 6lbs in 3 weeks. I’m very happy with that as I have found it very difficult to stick to diets for any length of time in the past. I’m finding it surprisingly easy and not even feeling hungry on fast days anymore or on non-fastdays for that matter.
