    hallo everybody,
    my name is Laura, I’m from Italy and I started the fast Diet the 30th of December (strange day eh?). Actually I had already tried with it about six months ago, but after loosing 2 Kg I didn’t go down anymore (I want to lose 8 kg). Anyway, I want to try again because I liked it but this time I want to be a bit careful with the free days, in the sense that maybe last time I exaggerated a bit when I was not fasting 😛
