It’s my second fast day today, the first fast day i didnt sleep at all 🙁 really hope it improves.
Do people still restrict their calories on the 5 days?
I watched a video online that a woman did 1200 for the 5 days but i tihnk this is so low, i was planning to have around 2000 on the 5 days but worried i wont lose weight.
Can everyone tell me what they have on the 5 days?
It is generally advised to stay below your TDEE on non fast days. You will be able to find that on the drop down menu, go to home, how the diet works and you’ll see a calculator there. You could use my fitness pal MFP or other app to help keep track of your calories. As you loose weight your TDEE will drop also. Hope that helps. Happy fasting 😁
