New, haven't started yet!!

  • Haven’t started yet and was wondering if I should start with fasting every other day first then go on to 5:2? I want to lost 10-12 lbs in the next 5wks for a bridesmaid fitting so want to get a good start 🙂 Thanks, Jude xx

    Hi Jude. I’ve been doing the 5:2, but since your goal needs to be reached quickly, I think the 4:3 might work better for you. I’ve lost 6lbs without adding exercise to the mix so the lost calories do add up. Good luck on your goal! 🙂
