  • i really like my skim milk w/ coffee/tea oatmeal/smoothies
    & 1/4 cup = 21 cals

    don’t like soy almond or whatever else so far has been on the market

    they were giving out tastings of unsweetened flax milk

    oh my that was delicious no weird flavor and the calories r super low % good 4 u

    unsweetened flax milk 1/4 cup = 6 cals

    1 whole avocado w/ 1/4 unsweetened flax milk 1 1/2 pckt stevia
    whipped up

    best dessert ever
