  • Hi everyone,
    my husband, daughter and I have just started the diet.
    This is our very first day. Just another half hour and we can have our evening meal.
    We started with a breakfast drink (150 calories) and this evening have a stir fry. I am feeling very warm at the moment. The hunger is not too bad.
    I hope for good health results.

    You didn’t say how old your daughter is, but MM advises children should not be fasting. Good luck to you all. Its a great way of healthy eating.

    @ GolfinGoldy: I had read the book before I started and have made an appointment with our doctor first and I knew all these things before we started. I like to be prepared. Our daughter is nearly 20, so not a little child anymore ; )
