    Happy Fasting

I just started Monday and am on my second fast day this week. The first day was hard but I managed to run 2 miles on 500 calories which I did not think I could do!

Your first stab at a blog is excellent Jonno79 – I live in Boston in the US originally from Suffolk and married to a rugby player from Staines so know your neck of the woods!

Just started the 5:2 – 2 weeks down having done 4 fast days – so far so good although in danger of eating too much today as have got such a sweet tooth and its the weekend!

Good luck with the weight loss – interested to keep track of your journey along the way!

You’re blog is amazing!. Its so incredibly interesting, i know this isn’t anything to do with dieting but your writing technique is so good!. Keep going, you could inspire lots of people…

Thanks guys – actual replies and 9 people reading my blog so far – I really didn’t expect any at all. It actually makes me feel more motivated knowing a little bit of me and my thoughts are on display. Finished 2 Fast days this week and aiming for 3 next week – As a habitual dieter I never look at my first weeks weight loss – losing water weight is no real indication so its the 2nd weeks figures I concern myself with – that being said – looking good so far!!!

Read your blog it was good! I started on Tuesday, first day was hard but second day a lot easier! Lost 2lb, but did weigh after second fast day so not sure if that was right or not! Upped the exercise too, so fingers crossed!

You haven’t updated your blog in a while. How’s your progress? I hope everything is going well.

I’ve just started my own blog about the process and am looking for a few to follow as well
