  • Hi I am new and want to do 2 or 2.5 meals a day, I am vegan. I want or like to, do a Mimicking Diet Fasting Protocol of Dr Longo’s, doing vegan of course. I like to however eat 1100 NOT 800 calories a day. I want to consume 9% protein, 44% fat, and 47% carbohydrates. Can this be done on 1100 eating 2 or 2 1/2 meals a day and still get results in fat lose? I am female and in my 60’s and 5’3″ and over weight. Thank you please advise me. TY
