  • After two kids in last 5 years, I have some weight to lose to get again to my prepregnancy weight. I did not get back to that weight after my first child, and after my second I am now even more far.

    I have been dieting for last two weeks so i do not expect big water weight loss since i lost 1.2 kg already.

    I am starting with 72.8 kg
    I hope to get to 64 kilos. But my first goal weight is 68 kilos.

    My plan is to stick to 4:3 with 800 kcal on fasting days. Plan B is 5:2 on some weeks

    Week 1: 74 kg ( +1.2 kg)

    I have period so I gain because of that. I had 3 fast days but two binge days cuz I was PMSing. I count calories so I am still in deficit this first week aprox 2000 kcal total and that should be at least 250 gram weight loss if 7700 kcal is equal 1 kg lost.

    The 4:3 plan with 800 kcal fasting days sounds really smart, especially since you’ve got a “Plan B” like 5:2 for weeks that feel tougher. That kind of flexibility will really help you stay consistent without burning out.
