my first day of fast diet

  • I had read this book last week, this 5:2 fast diet really give me an idea towards my future life.

    I am a female and I had lost 60pounds in last year by using exercise and diet everyday.
    But I found out it is so difficult to keep the weight. Because I almost give up my social life and time to enjoy food last year.

    After reading this book, I believe this 5:2 diet is easier to follow and my social life can be back. And I don’t feel guilty to enjoy food. I believe it can be my lifestyle in the future.
