I’ve just come back from a silver wedding anniversary. There are many in the family I haven’t seen for quite a while, but some I have seen during Christmas and Boxing day last year.

At that time, before I started this fasting diet in January, they have told me that I have put quite a bit of weight on, which didn’t offend me because I knew I had done anyway.

Now, after 2 weeks of a 5:2/4:3 diet, they have said that I’m losing the weight and I look a lot better on my face especially. I’m really pleased to hear this, because it means that this diet is working for me! So I’m going to continue doing what I’m doing. 🙂
