And then it was weekend after my first week of 4:3 last week.
On Saturday we had a kids party to attend, and I managed to keep my calorie intake to 1 264 which means 64 more than the target I had set myself. Need to indicate that this included a piece of cake and in the evening a whiskey with dinner.
Sunday was quite relaxed and we treated ourselves to another drink which had me ending the day on 1 214 which means another 14 calories more than my goal, but I was happy.
TONIGHT will be our fist measuring and weigh in session since we started last week. Today and tomorrow is back-to-back fast days, so trying to see if I can emulate last week when it was all new, fresh and exciting.
Positives I have noticed:
* No more heartburn because I am leaving the evil carbs alone
* No more headaches
* Going to sleep much easier and waking up feeling refreshed
* Not feeling like I am on a diet, rather like I have made some awesome changes.
Tomorrow I shall do a full report on if and what changes took place during the first week.
