And then it was Day 5 and I have noticed the following improvements so far:
* Less bloated (carbs are evil and I know it)
* Getting up much easier in the morning (yay for improved energy levels)
* Control over what I eat (I am OCD so I like being in control)
* I can feel my tummy tightening up (think its just a bit hungry for now)
So, I decided to make today a fast day as well, which in fact turns this week into a 4:3. Reason being, we are going to a party tomorrow and I know I don’t have to push all the food into my face, but I at least want to be sociable, so hence my preparation. And if I do manage to stay under my self decided 1 200 cals on a non-fast day, well then bargain!
Negatives at this stage…none that I can name off the top of my head. The odd headache maybe, however in my estimation those are toxins leaving my body so it’s not really a negative.
