It’s early in the morning on Day 4 and I woke up with a headache that feels like there is a very tight band strapped around my head. I put this down to toxins in my body and also a bit of coffee withdrawel.
Managed to consume less than 1 000 cals yesterday on my first non-fasting day and I was not hungry at any stage of the day. Today is all about meetings so I know that I need to hydrate if I plan not turning into grumpy bear in an hour or two.
Did the weigh in thing last night and was pleasantly surprised to see that I actually weigh about 4 kg’s less than what I originally thought, however, still sticking to the 30 kg that I tasked myself with upon starting out.
I use a meal replacement for lunch since I am not always in the office and because I make it with water, it is super convenient and filling. Has only 196 cals so I also use it on my fasting days.
