Moving from Blood Sugar diet to 5:2

    I have successfully lost 1.5 stone and 4 inches from my waist, getting my BMI down to 21 on the Blood Sugar diet. I am pre-diabetic so hope that my next test will show my blood sugars are much better. Now I want to move on the the 5:2 diet, which I used successfully before. The recipe book I used was not the official one, though. Can anyone tell me if the one by Mimi Spencer gives you more nutritional information than just calories? I want to keep track of my carbs/sugars still.
