I love that the press around the world is picking up on this way of eating — I believe this one has studies.

I was also interested in the recommended diet, which called for up to 85% of your daily calories from fat on non diet days. Seems word is spreading.

Came upon another article touting the benefits of fasting. This one was for on 12 hours. That is doable by just about everyone.
