In Australia they’re now promoting ‘the world’s first low GI potatoes’ (Carisma) that have purportedly been developed with the Govt research body CSIRO and certified as Low-GI with researchers at Sydney Uni. Has anyone seen the science on it? Any feedback?

Disclaimer: I have ZERO connection with anything to do with the potatoes (other than I confess to like adding them to my cauliflower soup). I saw Michael in Sydney at the ‘All About Women’ event at the Opera House and have been following the 5:2 for over a year to weight drop & stabilise. S genuinely curious if this keeps them in the occasional category…
