Any low carbers out there? Looking for success stories of those that transitioned from LC to this. Did you stick with low carb foods or not?

Yes. I came off of Atkins onto the Fasting Diet.
I kept some habits used on Atkins:
– no white carbs – flour, rice, potatoes. I eat whole wheat rice and pasta just a couple times a month and have whole grain oatmeal for breakfast (along with a pumpkin muffin made with flax seed)
– almost no bread, ever
– still don’t drink milk
– Net carbs are between 100-200 grams a day with the source mostly being vegetables and full fat yogurt
– avoid sugar added foods
– eating about 50% fat, rather than 60-70%
– I eat at least 1/2 cup of beans each day — which adds to the carb count
I eat less protein than Atkins recommended.
On the fast days, I eat almost all veggies with some protein.
