Ingredients:

¾ a head of cauliflower riced or 2 cups riced and packed

2 eggs

salt and pepper to taste

Thanks for posting – what a fantastic idea which I am looking forward to trying just as soon as I get a cauliflower. I’m going to try them with low fat Philadelphia, chicken (maybe), caramelised grated carrot and spinach. Great for fasting and not days 🙂
