I was very successful with 5:2 for several years. But something happened. I’m not even sure what it was but I’ve taken YEARS to get a sustained start going again.
I’m only into my second week but I’m feeling a cautious optimism (I’ve done 2 weeks before *many* times).
I’m a 73yo woman. I live in the Los Angeles vicinity. I have 50+ pounds to lose.
