Intermittent fasting and using MCT Oil

  • I have been intermittent fasting for about four months and have lost 27 pounds so far and I want to go for about another 8-10 pounds.

    I read online about using MCT Oil with intermittent fasting and I have been using it for about three months. I am beginning to question if I should continue.

    It seems to me that if it gives you energy, aren’t you using that instead of your body fat? I take a tablespoon when I get up and a couple hours later I workout for about 45 minutes. Maybe my workouts would be more effective for losing weight without the MCT Oil???

    Does anyone have any thoughts on using MCT oil?
