IGF1

  • Haven’t been on here for a while. Have been on the 5:2 diet for nearly two years, all that I’m interested in is reducing my IGF1, when I started it was 21 and its taken all this time to get it down to 15. My target is around 12 when the benefits should kick in. My wife is more successful with it than me, her number fell much faster and after many years of high cholesterol she is well down in the area of safety. We both still enjoy the 5:2 diet and definitely feel much better for it.
