I’ve recently started the 5:2 diet and feel fantastic. My clothes fit better, the scale is going in the right direction. I have done a little Internet research on the downside to IF as anyone would when concerned about one’s own health. I am 32, Female and not done having children although not currently trying to conceive. Will this have negative effects on my fertility? If so, are they reversed when a normal eating pattern resumes? Should a normal menstrual cycle indicate everything is “okay”? Any MD’s out there to answer this? Thanks!
