Hi All, this is my first post. I am fairly new to 5:2 today is first day of week three. I found the fast days of week one a little challenging and went over my 500 both days by about 50 cals, but knowing I was taking control of my out of control weight ( I have 60 lb to lose)made me aware of what I was putting in my mouth the other 5 days. I was amazed to find that on my Monday weigh in I had lost 4.25 lbs. Found weeks 2’s fast days so much easier and only used 300 cals on second day!Today’s weigh in another 1.5 lbs gone :)Am starting to think about all those extras around the house at christmas not to mention the extra socialising!
I am determined that I WILL NOT BE SABOTAGED BY SANTA!! If you have any tips or ideas to help in this quest or like me are determined to be in control over christmas, please post away.
