Hi,
I’ve been doing the 4/3 diet for a few months and it’s been great!
Started on 120 kg and I’m now down to 107 kg.
However, one thing worries me:
On Saturday (a non fasting day), I consumed a lot of alcohol.
Also visited McDonalds twice! (yes, terrible, I know, but for some reason it’s handy, if you’re on a night out in town).
When I got on the scale the following morning, I’d put on 3 kgs (scale said 110 kgs)!
Seriously???
I’ve got two different scales and they both say the same.
It’s now Monday (Sunday is a non fast day too).
I’m back on the diet today. Scale this morning still says 110 kgs.
Needless to say that I’m disappointed. Done a lot of hard work and been very good on my fast days (no more than 600 calories) and not overindulged on non fasting days…until on Saturday.
I even rode on my bicycle to the pub (50 mins each way – a total of nearly 40 km).
