I do not weigh myself

  • I am adding the 5:2 to my lifestyle of healthy food choices, exercise, yoga and balance which I started 4 weeks ago after what seems like a lifetime of trying. This time I truely get it is a lifestyle change that is required… for me what is working is to not weigh myself but to be patient, connect with my body and how it feels. The scales and me are not a good partnership and this decision is working well for me.. yay. 😀 looking forward to my journey!

    Good luck on your journey, Rosalie. If you didn’t weigh at the start, did you take any measurements? Seeing progress is a real motivator.
