I’m on my second day of 5.2, yesterday was a fast day and today I am feeling exceptionally hungry!
Does anyone have any tips of how to overcome this?

I find the day after my fast day i am not that hungry. I assumed that due to my stomach shrinking the day before due to less calories and food intake, that i couldn’t ‘stomach’ too much food the next day either.
I am never hungry anymore on fast days or non fast days. I guess this is really why this works. I always say its like a gastric band without the surgery.
