How many fast days are there on eodd?

I was wondering if anyone know how many fast days there are on the eodd diet? I’ve heard it’s 3 fasting days at one week then the next week that it’s 4 fasting days. It would mean a lot if someone that know could tell me.

Eodd stands for every other day diet

It means you fast every other day.
